The sanctity of innocent human life, created in the image of God, which should be equally protected from fertilization to natural death.
FREEDOM AND SOVEREIGNTY
Preserving individual, Texan, and American sovereignty and freedom, as outlined in the Bill of Rights.
FEDERALISM
Our constitutional system of limited government — or federalism — meaning separation of powers and preserving the reserved rights of the States and the People uncompromised for current and future generations.
EXCEPTIONALISM
An exceptional American ideal that must be preserved because our historic role as refuge and defender, and now as exemplar of liberty for the world to see; a free America means a freer world.
LIMITED GOVERNMENT
Limiting government power to those items enumerated in the United States and Texas Constitutions; government should only do what the People cannot do — or cannot do well — for themselves.
FISCAL CONSERVATISM
Lowering the cost of government, the tax burden, and debt through controlling spending and responsibily reducing the size and scope of government.
JUSTICE FOR ALL
Personal accountability and responsibility, applied equally to elected officials and public servants; our courts should interpret the law fairly and never legislate from the bench.
STRONG FAMILIES
Self-sufficient families, founded on traditional marriage and the biological understanding of natural masculinity and feminity.
AMERICAN INGENUITY
People as the ulimate resource; the People, not the government, are the best stewards of our country's economic and God-given natural resources.
EDUCATION FREEDOM
An educated population, with parents and guardians having the freedom of choice for the education for their children.
SELF DEFENSE
The inalienable right of all people to defend themselves, their loved ones, their homes, their communities, and their property, as outlined in the Second Amendment.
FREE MARKETS
A free enterprise society unencumbered by government interference or subsidies; when political freedom and economic freedom are separated both are in peril, and when united health, safety, and prosperity increase.
VALOR
Honoring all of those who serve at all levels and protect our freedom -- from local law enforcement to the military; assuring all who serve are backed up with sufficient numbers, equipment, and benefits.
PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH
Seeking friendship with all peoples and nations, while recognizing and being fully prepared for dealing with evil forces in the world that threaten our interests and our allies; this includes strong borders and protecting our resources and infrastructure.
